Creating and managing world class operations is often a responsibility that falls to a member of the team who's only significant work experience is within that one company.

When I am contracted to overhaul a business's operations, I set about establishing a high functioning team, build out the framework and systems for them to do their best work and if required, I then recruit and onboard their 'forever Operations Manager' who will have experience in operating multiple businesses.
